Saturday, June 2, 2009 SNAKE DAY AT THE
BAY
When
you arrive at Miller's Ferry, please find Elena
Ostheimer to check in. This is to ensure your
Scout get credit.
Here

Miller
Ferry
Directions:
Rt. 2 west - Catawba Island 53 North - Miller's is
approx. 6 1/2 miles on the Right.
We
are scheduled to be on the 9:00am
Ferry to the island. Please arrive no later than
8:45am.
Once
we arrive on the Island, we have a chartered bus that
will pick us up and take us to where we need to go for
the entire day. If you miss the Ferry, you are
responsible for getting around the island.
We
are scheduled to come back on the 3:00PM
ferry.
Please
don't forget to pack a lunch. There are
NO Restaurants where we will be. Also, don't
forget sunscreen. Scouts are not
required to wear their uniforms.

attend all three events, you will earn your summer
activity pin. Please keep in mind if you miss an
event and you do not earn your pin, you are still more
